Death Eater Update

Dear 3rd years and up,

             I hate to inform you that Dark Magic is lurking all around the wizarding world. But you can help! If you see this tatoo on somebody you knows's arm, please turn them in to the Ministry of Magic. We appreciate participation know matter how much you do.

            You see, even though You-Know-Who lost most of his powers to Harry Potter, he has certain dark people working for him to make him powerful once again. Those dark people are called Death Eaters. Wizards who have a tatoo of a snake coming out of a skull's mouth in black ink on their arm, is a symbol of one.

             If you see the Dark Mark ( same symbol as tatoo but green in air), contact the Ministry instantly. Thanks for your maturaty and cooperation.
